February 23, 2009 · version 1.3 Andreas Kreisl@Dane: That's what smartctl is reporting. But SpeedFan also use SMART so it's maybe a bug of smartctl.
I have no debug version but what you can do:
*) Search for smartctl.exe
*) run it with: smartctl.exe -a /dev/sda
(sda = first drive, sdb = second, ...)
*) send the output to me: indiana8001 at yahoo.com

DaneHi Andreas,
unfortunately the HDD temp is not displayed correctly -- SM 2.18 always shows 12° C and SpeedFan is showing about 42° C... Let me know if you have a debug version I could test for you.

Minor Problem.
MichaelHi Andreas....I'm having a minor problem that I hope you can remedy. The "Loading.......x%" screen that comes up while loading the Sys Monitor no longer is centered on my screen, it is half hidden on the left upper corner. I deleted all the files related to the widget and restarted the widget to no avail. Can you help? It works fine other than this. TIA!
