Some drives can live with minimal errors some not.
I use the following values, 195 and 196 could be not so critical but to be on the save side this should be watched too:
1 Raw_Read_Error_Rate / 5 Reallocated_Sector_Ct / 7 Seek_Error_Rate / 10 Spin Retry Count / 195 Hardware ECC Recovered / 196 Reallocation Event Count / 197 Current Pending Sector Count / 198 Uncorrectable Sector Count

FanaticI checked out the drive using a different SMART tool and it said everything was 100%, no errors, no problems. Any ideas?

January 28, 2009 · version 1.3 Andreas Kreisl@Fanatic: That mean that you should check your Drive with a more profesional SMART-Tool (e.g. HD-Tune, SpeedFan, HD-Health, Everest or ...)
