systemDashboard - Memory Monitor

by Justin Pulsipher

The sixth in the systemDashboard series, the Memory Monitor has up to six different monitor graphs, each of which can be customized to show any combination of Virtual Memory, Physical Memory, or the free drive space of any of the drives on your computer. The color of each graph changes from green to yellow to red gradually as the amount of free memory decreases. You can change which monitors are running at any time by right clicking on the Widget and selecting "Select Monitors".

Requires an installed BSD subsystem if you're on a Mac.

The CPU version is great also.
Many other ideas and what about (based on the same graphics):
Clock with Uptime & Running Time (and optional date)
    Battery gauge
    Volume gauge
    Vumeter
    etc...
    Great stuff

    Love your DashBoard series.
The only Widgets big enough that I can use on my side activity monitor.
Are you thinking about a CPU activity monitor?
    Well done, thumbs u!

I agree that this is a pretty cool widget. I would like to have the option of monitoring CPU usage as well.
    Well done.

I use three copies of this widget to monitor a lot of discs and partitions. A small problemwith this widget is that after the initial setting of the monitors of copy 2 and 3, these monitors can't be altered any more. Further more, discs monitored in copy 3 are displayed in copy 2 when external drives are not connected.
In every case, the dashboard widgets are great!!!

Thwaw widets are all awesome. A problem with this one is when I add or remove removable drives. I do NOT want those drives monitored, yet when I add a removable hard drive (as drive G:) the widget starts to monitor that drive INSTEAD of the one I selected (a networked drive, drive L:). This is irritating! otherwise, I love all your widgets, keep up the awesome work!
