Any plans for a network connection monitor widget for ethernet and internal modem? I don't use my Airport too much but I'm usually on the internet most of the time at home and it would be nice to see what my upload/download speeds are without having to open internet connect each time I want to check.
Maybe the next version of this widget could include Airport (or wireless), Ethernet, and Internal Modem all in one?

Jessica... calibration is an interesting idea, Ill try to come up with some way to implement it, but i cant gaurantee anything, since i dont have the problem you do on your system. Have you tried updating your wireless drivers, or, if you are using winXP, using its built-in wirless setup?

I like this one the best of the other wireless widgets. I like how the whole series works together, very visually pleasing. My only gripe with this one (and it's the same gripe with all the wireless widgets I've tried) is that on my w2k, dlink, dlink will say 60% and the widget says 0-1%. I have it "really, really sugarcoated". :) It would be cool if there was a way to calibrate it, by saying what percent you "really" are, and then have it use that base for futu…re calculations. That would be really awesome. Cause right now it's always dim, even though I have a signal according to dlink and am on the internet (obviously!). :) Also, same comment as for cpu, be cool to change the colors to match the newer widgets. Very nice appearance. I do wish this had one additional feature: the ability to turn AirPort on or off on my Mac. That would make it a more complete replacement for the AirPort Status menu item, and allow me to remove that menu item from my menubar.

Max: your problem is that you do not have konfabulator installed. you are trying to run this as a dashboard widget.
