I would like to upload the fix onto the Yahoo Widget Gallery, but I can't for legal reasons.

When you sign up to the widget gallery, Yahoo has you sign an agreement. As part of that agreement, Yahoo wants you to not upload a widget based on other, existing widgets.

Since I've had no contact with the original author, I don't have permission from the original author to work something out, and can't legally upload a widget based on the modified code.

Thank you for the fix/update. This is the only timer you need! Extract the file to your widge folder and then run the .kon file. Works like a charm.

Thanks for pointing to a fixed version! You should upload it to the Gallery under the same or slight different name so people know about it.

I had thought that it just didn't work under Vista...

You have to extract the files and then double click on tenplustwo.kon to run the widget.
