omairhethis is excellent ... but it should also come onto top of the screen whenever its time for a break/work...one such widget is igirlclock.

Lee RaitoNot really using it to take a break. Use TenPlus Two to stay on task if i find myself getting sidetracked.

good widget, some suggestions

Here are some suggestions:
-a pose button for when I am called away from my task
-split the time Break Period Duration in 1 minute duration rather than 2 minutes.
