For some reason, I can't change the fonts.
Neither can I align the text properly; when you align the text to "center", it aligns to the center of the left edge. And thats wrong. You only see half of the text.
And if you align it to "right", it aligns itself to the left of the widget, making it out of view.
Multi-line display is an idea as well.
But I liked it. I look forward for any updates! :)

This is elegant! I like the minimalistic appearance very much; but in my opinion it lacks necessary functionality. I would like to see real time editing , and maybe multi-line display of the body text. Anyway, this is the best looking text-display widget i've come across so far :)

Gaelic, I made it for myself to dispaly text on my desktop that I want to be able to view throughout the day. i.e. any scripture, quote, joke, short story, information, etc. Possible later versions will read from a file or RSS feed.
