Frebe, I liked the remebering suggestion, so I made an update that rembers and i will submit it as soon as I can. As far as the transperent background, that will also be in the update, you can choose how bright you want the background. The last thing about five bars is impossible because it would make the preference pane run off the screen, I suggest you make a copy of the widget and run 2 widgets at the same time. This will give you six bars. Enjoy!

It does not seem to remember changed bookmarks. Everytime I close it and then reopen it, the default URLs (Konfab, Apple and MacThemes) are back again. A less heavy display, with a more dicrete footprint (possibly with transparent background, cf. the Widgets Widget by A. Baumann) and maybe up to 5 entries would also be nice.

Looks great - but how do you move it on your screen - anywhere I touch it - it opens up my browser.
