How about dog/cat/armadillo/weasel/bat/hawk/eagle/snake/platypus/hummingbird... I can name more,but why? The possibilities are almost endless. (You could even try creating some of your own fantasy creatures, like the dragon mentioned: or what about a harpy? or flying carpet?... ;-)
All you'd need to do is implement a movent algorytm that was vector math based & used vectors in a db of some sort to determine the moves for that particular animal with that specific set of graphics. then load t…he vectors with the graphics tied to them to implement the movements! (Just an idea... but not so easy as it sounds w/o prior work on it :) (No, I haven't implented such as yet. But it could be an interesting project!) More
