I've been using this great tool for a while, and it's been very helpful for my business. I recently tried version 1.3.

I like the new reminder feature, but I wish that it didn't appear when the tracker is open (not tracking tasks). The reminder isn't really needed at these times.

Also, it would be helpful if the reminder feature could stop tracking the current task if I fail to push the button after a set number of seconds. So if I step away from the computer and forget to s…top tracking, the tracker will stop by itself, and my time tracking will still be accurate to within, at most, 15 minutes. More

Excellent, thankyou Carl, been using it 2 days now & will also get around to writing some xslt to deal with the data. Main thing is remembering to switch it on and off, but I find I'm equally as likely to forget to switch it off as I am to forget to switch it on so I guess it balances itself out a bit I'm not too worried about that - certainly don't think I'd want a sound reminder - I'm sure you'd make that optional.
Please keep it simple, I like the simplicity and it…9;s not in the way on my desktop but just bright enough to remind me I'm working so it may help me to not get too distracted too.

Nice - my wish list:
-- Option for color changes (green doesn't fit everyone's color schemes)
-- Option for expanding right-to-left in addition to left-to-right (I'd like to maintain it on the right edge of the screen
-- Option for controlling the width of the text area while it is expanded

Love this widget! Loved it so much I created an xsl that groups my tasks by client and adds up the time spent on each client for quick entry into my company's timekeeping system.
But I was wondering, is there a keyboard shortcut to close the widget after I've typed in my task, or do I have to click on the right hand side of the widget?

Great little utility, but I also need to use just one file for several days. This is easy enough, just comment out three lines in script.js (lines 161 - 163) as follows

Of course, one could add a preference checkbox to conditionalize it. Maybe this can be on the wish list for the next update?
