TimeTracker

You enter the name of the task you are working on and press the button. Press the button again when you have finished working on the task.

The Widget updates a daily XML or CSV file. The file stores a list of the tasks you've worked on, and how long you worked on each one for. You can import the timesheet files into an application like Excel, or write your own script to convert the files into another format.

Brilliant!
BUT:
have thesame problemo as Glen and Jocie. There is somethin wrong with accessing the file on differnt xp:
xp home on my laptop - NO GO.
xp pro sp2 - X-lent!

This widget would not install for me, I tried and got the following message:

could not open Widget. Checked all security, unlocked it, checked that it was associated with Yahoo Widget Engine, downloaded it again and I always get the same message.

It either isn't a Widget or you dont have access to that file. (start Widget Process: Unable to opern.widget as zip

I can download and run all other widgets. Any Idea why no success here?

This is a useful widget!
Suggestion: it would be nice to have in the dropdown menu the last few tasks used if they are not part of the predefined list.
