Basically, in order to use this Widget, you need to have some basic HTML knowledge in order to make it work. All you really need to do is look at the source of a web page and find the text on the page you would like to monitor, and fill in the settings in the Widget correctly.

Excellent widget. However, I don't seem to be able to monitor intranet sites using their IP or otherwise. I'm using a HTTP proxy and these intranet sites are in the exclusion list. Anyone out there with this problem?

Absolutely love this widget. It actually can monitor more than the 5 websites the author stated - just keep adding items until it fills your screen from top to bottom. The upgrades suggested by Chris would be perfect.

Yes, I'd love to see this expanded, or more widgets like this. By the way... I LOVE IT!

Some things I'd love to see:

-More than one entry per line.
-Adjustable width
-More Streamline height.

Basically more flexibility in how it displays.

Great widget but i'm setting something wrong or it is not showing javascript elements?
Instead of a number it shows me an element of counters' javascript code (i wanted to monitor entries on my site, where i have this counter)...

Great idea but I want to monitor school closings from our local news website right now it displays "No closings as of now" but when there are closings it will need to show mutiple lines.So I would love for you to add this before winter gets here. Thanks
