After you type something use the arrows at the bottom to do the translation. (e.g. with English on the top textarea click on the arrow facing down)

It doesnt work for me... I type in a word or sentence and it does nothing, why? what am I doing wrong? where am i suppose to click after typing in something in English?

oh, i see. you have to use english as one language. you may have to say that or better check that in your widget.

it seams that japanese doesn't work at all.
and i would like to receive an message if the widget/babelfish cannot translate the phrase. and the arrows are to dark, so it's hard to find them for the first time. and enter should translate the phrase instead of adding a linebreak, which actually does not make any sense.

btw: i did not knew that the translation of babelfish is that bad. actually one can not use it. but that's not your fault.
