Hi Baydoor - If it works otherwise, the only thing I can think of is that maybe the registry entries for the widget have been messed up. You should be able to find the widgets in the registry under

HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareYahooWidgetEngineWidgets

After closing the widget, remove the one that says Trash_Bin_Deluxe, close the registry editor and then start the widget again. Try restarting the Yahoo! Widget Engine and see if the widget starts up again.

I really like this widget, but it doesn't load at startup. I have to open my widget folder and click on the trash_bin_deluxe file. The other widgets I keep on my desktop load at startup. I'm running XP SP2. Any thoughts on what's the matter?

John - Thanks for that suggestion. I'll look to see if I can add such a feature. You can use the CTRL-Z (or edit undo delete) to undo a delete if you delete file(s) by hitting the delete key instead of dragging and dropping. Currently the methods used by this widget don't make entries in the undo stack. Again, I'll see what can be done as I think that maybe a good feature to have.

This widget is great exept for one flaw. When I drag a file t tis new recycling bin I loose the ability to right click and choose "undo Delete", Which is very handy. I'l have to stick with my current one till that can be resolved. If you could change that, it would be awsome.
