TwittY!

TwittY! is a fully functional (almost) Widget that allows you to check/view and update your status on Twitter. To use this Widget, you will be prompted to signin with your Twitter username/email and password for a secure connection.
The TwittY! dock also function as a monitor and displays the number of new tweets since Twitter was last checked.
This is the initial version of this Widget and I will try to make some improvements in the next coming version. I hope you'll enjoy this Widget. Any feedback is appreciated.

DJPretty good lightweight app, does the job.
Bugs noted:
* Sometimes on refresh, the tweet text is not displayed, just a list of icons and blank space. Have to click the "Home" button to trigger a refresh a couple times to get the text.
* Submitted text is not URL-escaped when submitted. If you include an & or a double-quote in your tweet, it gets cut off.
Features "missing":
* Resize-ability!
* Tweet reply button
* Secure password authentication (currently sends in plain text HTTP)

JoshGI got a twitter account just for this and right after I downloaded this widget my account got suspended for suspicious activity. I dont know if it was the widget, but I dont know what else it could have been

JeffDoes what it's supposed to. My only complaint is it often uses 10-20% CPU, I think from constantly scrolling my most recent tweet. My only other complaint is that it constantly scrolls my most recent tweet, which is kind of distracting. Otherwise, great widget!
