Very great Widget. I use it on my family computer that has multiple speakers connected. This nifty widget helps my family members turn up and down the volume without adjusting the physical volume on the speakers. Next version you could throw in some different color schemes of the actual box, but still a great widget.

Nice, except that it should have a few sizes to choose from, and I keep getting a "parameter incorrect" error when I go to change the preferences. Sometimes this causes the widget to quit, sometimes not.
