Excellent widget. But it should allow disabling of the feedback sound as you adjust volume.

Have to press control to move the widget.

The graphics is nicely done. However I couldn't drag the widget to a new location on the screen--the widget just wouldn't move. Also, the + and - icons are too small, so you have to position the mouse precisely, which is hard if you want to change the volume quickly.
