Dave-- the widget checks the rules once very minute, so it can take up to a minute for a wallpaper to update. But it also checks on startup and on resume from standby, so there should only be a minimal delay there. Also, the wallpaper that should be active at a certain time should always be set. Meaning even when the computer is off, next time you turn it on the wallpaper will change to the one that was supposed to be set when it was off (does that make any sense? ;o))

Read the manual for some more infos BTW. And send me a mail if you find a serious reproducible bug... Thx.

Well, haven't been using it for a little while so I can't give you any detailed specifications at the moment, but I believe I remember having a few rules enabled and set to change at, say, 11 and watching the clock hit 11 with no response from the Widget, only to have it change roughly 15 minutes later or even 15 minutes prior. I believe someone else had this problem and posted about it as well a while back. Perhaps it's working fine now. Another thing I haven't played around …with; if a desktop background is set to change during a time the computer is off, will Wallspose pick this up as soon as the Konfab engine begins and load the new one instantly this? Or will there likely be a delay and the previous background will remain until the next minute falls? Just kind of curious... I'll look into that myself but I trust your response much more. Thanks! David, for the Mac version, I just wanted to point out that for some reason the backgrounds to not change exactly when they are supposed to. Sometimes they are off by 15 minutes and occasionally a different interval. If you could fix this, that would be great, thanks!
