Weather Warning

This Widget, when given the county and state you live in, will provide the list of watches, warnings, and other weather-related statements provided straight from the National Weather Service website.
When a warning is clicked, a bezel opens with detailed warning information from the National Weather Service.

December 24, 2005 · version 3.01 Frank ThomasGee a nice Christmas present would have been an actual 3.01 download instead of a constant 3.0 that tells you about a new,non existant update. :-)
When actually 3.01 more than two stars will gladly be given as it is a very good Widget. Perhaps some version will allow those, whose color preferances is not green, to change the default colors.

After version 3.1, the whole "updates gone awry" thing will go away. Until then, you can turn off auto-check for updates in the meantime via the preference menu. :-) Checking for updates is still available via right-clicking the main bezel. 3.1 is in the queue. It should be released shortly, or after the holidays.
The updates work like this: No incidents = every hour. Watches or Adviories = 30 minutes. Warnings = 15 minutes. Tornado, Flash Flood or Sev… More

December 22, 2005 · version 3.01 BrewI have received update messages everyday for a week. I've downloaded the version shown above each time, and everyday the cycle repeats. Either the new version is not the one shown above, or the widget has a bug that does not allow it to recognize the latest version???
