This Widget allows its user to keep tabs on any image URL put into it. It's ideal for looking at images updated dynamically, such as webcams or traffic cameras. You can check out the Eiffel Tower or Times Square up to the minute if you want!
Custom URLs are stored for later use and the Widget can spawn copies of itself with a single click, for added spying fun.

November 15, 2007 · version 3.3.1 ellobobillThis worked great for 2 days. I had it set up and was saving pictures....then I restarted my laptop and it keeps telling me that "Web Images can't load itself" or something. I've tried re-installing, deleting, re-downloading. NOTHING has worked anyone have any ideas? THANKS!

November 15, 2007 · version 3.3.1 Merlinellobobill: Please read the section "Special Startup Mode" that is in the Help.pdf file that is included inside the Widget (you can unzip a copy of the .widget file to find it). The chances are that you have an invalid URL. In "Special Startup Mode" you can delete suspect URLs. If that does not help, please make a full report in the appropriate Konfabulator forum, with your full system details, etc.

1) Make it easier to edit the locations...many times a website changes their source and the location needs to be modified. If no image is displayed, it's impossible to edit the location. Suggest a right-click opens menu to select edit or delete or add locations funstion, which opens another menu to easily select the location you wish to edit or delete.

November 15, 2007 · version 3.3.1 Merlinscheung98: re 1) You may select a location and edit it, even if it fails to display. The title of the failed location is not displayed (the title continues to match the displayed image), but if you alt-click the + button, you can edit the selected failed location.
re 2) There is a pause button (#4 on the left). The title is displayed if there is enough space for it. You may use the magnify button to make the frame bigger to see the title.
