For myself , I need not have a translator to read this , but this was brought to me by a friend which can not translate. Needless to say I had to translate for him, but would it not make more sense to write the description in English, seeing how the creator of this widget wrote reveiws in English?

In fact there _is_ an English description of the widget, but it's truncated.
Here is the full and good one:
Gives the number of Widgets in the Widget Gallery (http://widgets.yahoo.com).
Also gives the number of downloads, comments, and the rate of your favorite Widgets.
Use right-click on the Widget to get it to add, discard, modify commands.
Use drag & drop to sort the rows of your blackboard or use the auto sort feature (see the preferences).
Several custom preferences (size, language, etc...)

Can the widget work in offline mode?
today when the widget tries to refresh and fail, iot fills the entries with error ????,etc
can you leave the last known data point (not sure it is a must (but nice to have for sure) to persist it - so if you restart you get errors until you get connection -
Maybe you will need to add a "last refresh time" notification - so you can see if you are in offlinemode or not and for how long

I submitted a new widget, and have no comments, and no stars, the picture appear where the starts (rating) suppose to be, is a "no picture found" image.
