Fed up with having to connect to the gallery to check out the number of times your favorite Widget has been downloaded?

WidgetDownloads is a very basic counter (minimal display) that displays at the frequency of your choice the number of downloads for a particular Widget.

Full operation instructions are in the version history.

Great widget!
I use it to track my BeeMouse widgets...
I want to build in a population tracker!
Is it very difficult?
If so maybe you can help me out a little..?

I've tried in in Konfabulator 2.1.1 and YWE 3.0. It doesn't work in either. With YWE, when I put in the widget id number that I wanted to track and then re-opened the widget (since it didn't appear to be working) YWE told me "WidgetDownloads was unable to load itself successfully." I've even tried it on three different machines (2 pcs and 1 mac).

nevermind!!! it works!!! i just had to shut down yahoo widget engine and retart it
