This Widget lets you minimize, restore (minimized), cascade, and tile (horizontally/vertically) all of the windows on the desktop.
To move the buttons, hold down the Control key and drag them.

This is a very elegant widget. It captures the true nature of widgets, which to me are, among other things, utilities that are meant to enhance the OS.
One request would be to add some alignment features. I've made the buttons as small as possible and set them to be topmost, now I'd like to be able to move them around and easily align them either horizontally or vertically.
