Word of the Day

Pulls the current word of the day from one of two sources and displays it with its definition in a font and size you specify.

If it can't find the word, yesterday's word stays up.

This widget works well. I tried it using dictionary.com and it doesn't ask or request a password. But, the only problem I have is that the widget is currently set to konspose only, but sometimes it doesn't disappear. I just have to press F8 again, but still a little irritating. But, overall, nice work.

Yes, now it wants a password for dictionary.com which is really a drag. I want it to use that site because it shows the pronounciation of the word as well as more comprehensive definitions. Can you please update?

Will there be an update? Like Zen mentioned, dictionary.com is asking for a password now.... I love to see this widget working again with dictionary.com.

I love this widget! Except it's asking for a password to access dictionary.com now! :(

i love this widget! for some reason though, when i have it running under Windows XP the new Logitech Videocall program will not display any camera input.

i am not going to pretend to know why it's happening, i just know for sure that it is this particular widget (found out through trial & error).
