Word-o-Matic!
Word-o-Matic! is a general purpose word figurer-outer. It's job is to allow you to describe a word problem in terms of the interconnections of possibly criss-crossing words, some constraints on the problem (allowable letters at various points), and then give you as many solutions to the problem as possible.

June 22, 2006 · version 1.3 Le HibouJust what I've been looking for for ages. However, UI needs improvement - "Clear all squares" button, for example, 15 x 15 grid would be useful for most British x-words, don't like the minimised icon (sorry if it's someone you love, but I don't like other people's pictures on my desktop).

September 26, 2005 · version 1.0 Howard DeinerArjan! My Dutch isn't very good. I take it that you are havin a problem understanding how to make the widget work. Look at the widget's context menu for Help, and you should get a better sense of what the widget does. Bear in mind that this widget works with English words only.
