There are four possible reasons for this:
1) Your system clock is wrong,
2) Your system time zone setting is wrong,
3) You are running a WCP clock in 24-Hour Analog Clock mode. **Most common**

Check your system settings. Set the 24-Hour Analog Clock checkbox - restart the Widget - CLEAR the 24-Hour Analog Clock checkbox - restart the Widget.

4) Your daylight saving rules have been changed after the Widget was last updated. The problem could then be that your operating system has not been updat…ed or that WCP has out of date rules. Without knowing your location, it is impossible to say which.

This thing should really have an edit option. I've found the problem. You have a 24 hour clock option that changes the hands but doesn't add extra numbers/ notches and the digital clock changes to the wrong time for some reason. Untick that feature and everything works fine.

Sorry, the analogue time is wrong too. It's 11am here and it's saying it's 5am.

I think the digital time is sometimes wrong. In Texas the analogue time says 2am but the digital clock is saying 5am
