World Clock Pro

by Ricky Romero

Monitor the time 'round the world!

Each city in this Widget has precisely calculated sunrise/sunset times, and the clock's colors change according to whether it's day or night in the monitored region. We even handle the Daylight Saving Time changes automatically!

You can also create multiple world clocks with the click of a button, and change the size of the clocks individually.

I find this widget very useful because I do support over different time zones. Only problem I have over earlier versions is that when I reboot my system the widget doesn't remember where it was placed on the desktop and all spawned clocks collapse. So, once I reboot my system I spend several minutes placing the clocks where I had them placed on the desktop. None of my other widgets suffer from this problem. Anyone have any answers for this problem. For information I'm using version 3.0p1

I place these clocks over the Sun Clock, with a WorldClockPro positioned over each city where we have an office. This is VERY helpful. Here are a few wishes:
    1) plain faces option (no map)
    2) color to show business hours (dark, light), instead of daylight
    3) even smaller size option
    4) option to adjust opacity to 100% on mouseover, return on mouseout

    Clock Hands - Wrong Time?

There are three possible reasons for this:
    1) Your system clock is wrong,
    2) Your system time zone setting is wrong,
    3) You are running the clock in 24-Hour Analog Clock mode.

Check your system settings. Set the 24-Hour Analog Clock checkbox - restart the Widget - clear the 24-Hour Analog Clock checkbox - restart the Widget.

The widget is very cool, but the hands on the clocks are not the correct time. Is there a way to change this? Thanks in advance.
