Check the following 2 items:
1. The Calibri font must be installed (check Control Panel – Fonts). If it is not, the font can be downloaded from the web, for example, install PowerPoint 2007 viewer (free) from Microsoft's site. Missing font will cause the main widget graphic to be blank.
