This is the best widget. It's the only one my husband uses. We're both anxiously awaiting the fixed version, so Godspeed to you, Jason Williams!

I have used this widget for a long time now - and I believe it to be the best one out there. I was so disappointed when I came in to work the other day and found it not working. Went home that night and same results on home computer.
I was sure happy to see that you are working on a new one. YOU HAVE MADE MY DAY!!!

To get it to work I did the following:
1) Downloaded the Widget SDK (for the first time a few hours ago)
2) Fixed the transparency of the main window that everyone has been complaining about by not using the deprecated tag in the main images.
3) Fixed the config request header.
4) Fixed the load channel data request URL and parameters.

The channel guide still doesn't work for me but I have only been fixing for a few hours. GIve me a little more time and it will be better than ever.

Google desktop works, but like you've said, it's no yahoo widget. I'm going to use google until yahoo's is fixed.

I am trying to use this widget and i was able to last week and then come this week it is not working. The widget is on my desktop but is not fully loading and or playing. It used to start up on turning my computer on. I am using version 1.5. I have tried deleting and re-adding it and still nothing. Please help i cannot work in silence. Thanks!
