SteveI've determined the problem with the transparent background only occurs with the latest version of the Yahoo Widget engine which is version 4.5.1 as of this writing. Uninstall and install version 4.0.5 or older and the invisible problem will go away. Older versions are at http://www.filehippo.com/download_yahoo_widget/.

Tonight I installed the latest version of the Yahoo Widget engine and afterwards XM Tuner showed up with an invisible background. I tried several things to fix it, but nothing worked. I have another PC that I just did a fresh Windows XP install on. I decided to try the XM Tuner widget on that PC and the exact same problem(transparent background) occured on that PC as well. Great widget, but it is still invisible after I did all of the updates
khudon2000This is great, since it does not kick you off like the XM online player.
I made sure to get all updates as others have done below before I downloaded the widget, but it still came up as invisible. Are there any other fixes I could try?
It does work, though, so I can at least listen to the music. Thanks.
