It's a stock tracker with personal investment information.
Track personal capital gain on investments such as indicies, stocks and funds.
For example, specify the number of shares and the price at which each unit of share was bought. The Widget will indicate how much have been gained/lost. At the bottom, the total gain/loss is displayed.
The quote information is delayed up to 20 minutes and retrieved through the Yahoo! Finance API.
*note: update frequency option is available as "Widget Preferences...".

karim_k_merchantI'm with everybody else, I love this widget but it hasn't been working for the past few days. I haven't been able to add any new investments.

RamNemesisThis is same for other stock widgets too. Even Yahoo stock Ticker. Must be somethink on Yahoo side

its deja vuFirst of all, It seems surprising that all of a sudden it stopped adding widgets - happened with me also!
Now I want to add the stocks, but where does it search for stock symbols? Because before I can edit the registry I need to have the symbols which it identifies with!
