It's a stock tracker with personal investment information.
Track personal capital gain on investments such as indicies, stocks and funds.
For example, specify the number of shares and the price at which each unit of share was bought. The Widget will indicate how much have been gained/lost. At the bottom, the total gain/loss is displayed.
The quote information is delayed up to 20 minutes and retrieved through the Yahoo! Finance API.
*note: update frequency option is available as "Widget Preferences...".

We have one request which is to transform your excellent XRstockgain widget to window vista sideshow gadget. Since you are the owner of this widget, we need your permission before transformation and use.
Here are the four conditions we are suggesting,

November 16, 2007 · version 1.03 bobbeggsGreat program! One thing that I found helpful was to rename your file (xrstockgain1.widget, xrstockgain2.widget, etc.). Now you can open several Widgets simultaneously to track different things rather than have everything on one list. Thanks very much for the program.

November 16, 2007 · version 1.03 RicoLove this widget, but would really like the following to make it useful:
1. As others have said, multiple buys of the same stock at different prices.
2. UK stock prices are in pence, therefore gain/loss is showing in pence. Would love option to be able to divide gain by 100 to show pounds.
