I found that it didn't work if I add just one into quotes

It's tedious to add stock symbols directly to the db but it works!

I looked at the widget source and seems that call to http://finance.yahoo.com/xml/findsym doesn't return correct data. But I managed to make it work by adding all my stock symbols directly to the sqlite database.

C:/Documents and Settings/[USERNAME]/Local Settings/Application Data/Yahoo/Widget Engine/Widget Data/Yahoo! Finance/finance data.db

Ohhhh, I just looked at the reviews... No wonder I can't get any stock symbols to work. I keep trying and trying. It doesn't work!!! Thanks for letting me know it's not me. Sure WOULD be a nice feature if it worked.

It doesnt work for ANY market or stock.

I too complained a few weeks ago the widget was broken because the ticker symbol search function didn't work anymore.

They asked me in a reply to be more specific... i mean the widget is totally useless now, whats the point of being more specific. They dont even take the time to do 1 glimpse on the ticker or this page with people encountering the same problems.
