With the new Yahoo! Gallery Widget, you can get Widgets faster than ever -- without even opening a web browser. The Gallery Widget allows you to search for Widgets or browse the newest Widgets by category. The mini version of this Widget gives you an update, right in the Dock, of how many new Widgets have been added to the Gallery since the last time you checked.
The Yahoo! Gallery Widget is part of the Yahoo! Widgets 4 installation, but is offered here in the event that you've lost the Widget.

Robert Snow it's broken. i wrote an extensive response to their blog that didn't seem to help, so maybe i'll do it here.
this widget used to work and i used to be so happy each time i saw the purple star/circle with the number of new widgets. i couldn't wait to open it up and see what new widgets awaited. the widget would show me updates of 10 or 20 widgets every couple of days.
Now: it's broken. (and trust me, i've tried deleting the original and re-downloading/installing… More

December 02, 2007 · version 1.1 Jenn MIs anyone else having trouble searching for widgets on this? I have been using it for quite a while and only about a month or two ago, it seemed to stop working. No matter what I type into the search bar, I get the same list of unrelated widgets. I don't think I'm doing anything wrong, because I'm not doing anything different. I hope this problem is resolved soon, because I definitely prefer searching there than having to come onto the website, except to comment.

RossI know there have been many complaints and I will have to agree. I preferred when this worked, and the website was a lot simpler, like Konfabrulator. If just this would be fixed and have the new categories I would be much happier. Get it working!
