While it would be very cool to be able to play YouTube videos in a widget like this, I can't see it happening any time soon. The Y!WE doesn't have support for playback of Flash SWFs or FLVs (the video format Flash plays), so there's no way to do that, unless a whole player was written into the widget, which, in addition to being difficult, inefficient, and a large download, would run slowly since it would have to be written in Javascript. Sorry, but it probably won't happen unless Yahoo! signs a deal with Adobe.

The widget would only be of use if the youtube video could be played within the widget. Because now after you search for the video - clicking simply brings up the Youtube webpage, so there is really no benefit to using the widget instead of just searching on the webpage to begin with!

But, if it could play within the widget then it would be awesome.
