Zoomy Anulus

This is a ring version of the docks based on others code for rotations. It allows shortcuts and icons for launch and will also allow submenus.

In addition, can it be made vertical and allowed to be placed anywhere on the screen instead of only in certain places?

Is there any way to add My computer, Recylce bin, and the rest of those standard windows icons to this?

For the weather on the other docks, use "London, England" as the location and it should work, at least it did for me.

Sequence,
I am still working on the anulus not "hiding" on restart etc. I think I have it, but have found some other issues I am fixing before re-submitting.

the problem that max was saying about the zoomy anulus not disapearing on restart or startup of computer also applies to me and iv downloaded the 0.3 version and that problem is still there

is there anyway of the weather part of the zoomy dock to be displaying the weather of london uk instead of Palo Alto, CA.....i tried changing this but the dock didnt like it displayed a sunshine with 2 question marks
