If you want to make a shutdown shortcut on your desktop just right click,new,shortcut.
In the text box type in shutdown -s -t 0 -f
Right click the shortcut and goto properties.
Select change icon and change it to the shut down icon.
I'm pretty sure it works 'cause I learned this from tinkernut.

someone had the same problem as me...im still finguring that out, I also noticed you can't put the recycle bin in the zoomy bar :\

it's awesome BUT i thought i could replace the shutdown button for something else and i lost the thing it said before and now it says MISSING image, and i don't know how to put the image back but I'll figure it out, u'm to the personb below me, it worked i added my icons in there and it works perfectly.

I did not see an option to add an application to the bar and I tried dragging an application to the bar. When I did that I get an add icon dialog but it doesn't actually add the icon.

this is okay, but i would recommend using a free program called rk launcher. i personally think that it is alot better that this widget.
